How does the application and verification process work?
Your application and approval process for our saving service is as follows:
1. Fill in the application form in our office (typically takes less than five minutes to complete).
2. Submit the required documents as below.
- Original Kenya National Identity Card
- Working proof
- Residential address proof
- Income proof (latest two months)
3. We will assess your risk appetite by simple questions
4. We verify your profile by 24 hr
5. After profile verification, you will receive an email requesting your confirmation for saving plan issuance.
Upon confirmation, the investing in your saving plan will be instantly kicked off.
How do I monitor my investing status?
To monitor investment portfolio, simply login at myFiNDSEED or check with our advisor.
How do I change my submitted plan?
Any changes or updates are processed by FiNSEED. If you wish to change your saving amount, tenor or personal information, please contact your advisor.or email to uganda@myfinseed.com.
